Online ordering
You can purchase any item from the Lark range right here on our website. We mail Australia-wide from regional Victoria. To order online, follow the links from our products page and add items to your shopping basket. We use Paypal to process our payments but you don't need to have a Paypal account - just follow the instructions to pay with your credit card.

By telephone
You can also place a telephone order by calling (03) 5348 1853 between 9am and 5pm (AEST) on weekdays. We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Cheques and bank deposits
Please call us on (03) 5348 1853 between 9am and 5pm (AEST) on weekdays to arrange a payment by cheque or bank deposit. We will hold your order for 7 days pending payment.

Prices are in AUD$. GST is included.

International orders
Overseas customers are welcome to order using our UK website.

Delivery
Shipping costs within Australia are as follows:

Orders under $50.00 ship for $4.95

Orders over $50.00 ship for $9.95

In the unlikely event that shipping costs are higher we will contact you before confirming your order.

If you wish to ship to an address other than your own, or to have your item shipped overseas, it's no problem. Please call us on (03) 5348 1853 with your requirements or send us an email when you order. We are happy to include a gift card at no extra charge - just ask!

Returns
We try at all times to please our customers. If you are not satisfied with a product, please notify us within 7 days and we will send details of how to return your goods.

Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and, you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. Unfortunately, post and package costs are non refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us. In the event of the goods being faulty however, we will cover all costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods. Please obtain proof of postage.
